Requirements:
-Male
-Max. age 35 years old
-Hold S1 Psychologist (certificate SIP) or S2 Psychology
-Experience in psycho test, interviewing, conduct job analysis, knowing competition and benefit, organization and people development and training.
-Fluent in English both writing and speaking
-Experience 5 years in manufacturing
-Computer literacy
-Strong leadership and good interpersonal skill and people management
-Self motivated and able to work under pressure
