CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

The incumbent will monitor and follow up all complaints, supervise the operation of information desk and safe deposit counter, provide the customer service report on monthly basis and also the ideas to reduce the customer complaint and create internal in store promotion program.

Job career Requirements :

* Min D3 degree, preferably S1 degree in any major
* Single Female, age between 25 – 29 years old, preferably candidates with customer service experience

* Mature, pleasant personality, symphatetic and customer service oriented

* Good interpersonal, communication and teaching skill

* Computer literate and fluent in English both oral and written

* Willing to work under shift schedule and on public holiday as scheduled

EXECUTIVE TRAINEE

The incumbent will be trained in a period of time and prepared to assume the post of Department Head in our stores

The requirements :

* S1 degree from reputable university or min D3 degree Food / Bakery Production from Hotel Institute with at least 2.90 GPA

* Fresh graduated; min 2 years working experience will be an advantage

* Male/female, age max 27 years old

* Able to communicate in English and computer literate

* Strong motivation and good organization skill

* Ready to work long hours; under shift schedule or on public holiday as scheduled

* Ready to be assigned at any Carrefour store in Indonesia

SHOPPING MALL COORDINATOR

Responsible to handle day to day activities related to the shopping mall owned by Carrefour in terms of commercial and non-commercials aspects.

Requirements :

* S1 degree from reputable University

* At least 4 (four) years experience in commercial building (Shopping Mall, Retail, etc) as tenant relation coordinator (supervisory level)

* Fluent in English and computer literate are must

* Good communication, interpersonal and networking skill

* Could work independently as well as in a team

MAINTENANCE HEAD

Job Summary :

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all mechanical electrical and the operating equipment of a commercial building.

Job requirements :

* S1 in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

* Minimum 4 years extensive experience in Engineering or Building Maintenance

* Strong leadership and high motivation

* Able to communicate in English and computer literate

* Ready to work under shift schedule or on public holiday as scheduled

IT Head

Responsible for maintaining the information system in store and trouble shooting all the PC’s problem in store

Requirements :

* S1 in Computer Science fields

* Min 2 years experience as Computer Engineer

* Familiar with Windows NT and UNIX operating system

* Having PC’s hardware knowledge and networking installation experience

* Possess strong leadership and high motivation

* Could work independently as well as in a team

* Fluent in English communication both written and spoken

* Willing to work long hours and on public holiday as scheduled, preferably candidates who have experience in retail industry
