General Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree / S1 (For Supervisor level) and Diploma Degree / DIII (For Foreman level)
2. Male / Female
3. Age not older than 27 years for Supervisor Trainee & 25 years for Foreman Trainee
4. Minimum GPA 3,00 (scale of 4)
5. Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia (HPU Jobsite).
6. Team oriented, self motivated, strong interpersonal & communication skills
7. Have desire to develop system and have positive work attitude
